Khin Nyunt was sacked, Major General Myint Swe (Commander of Rangoon Command) the in-charge who physically arrested Gen. Khin Nyunt was promoted as Lt. General (Officiating) and today his officiating period for one year is finished. In yesterday Burmese newspaper (Oct. 19, 2005), he was mentioned as Major General Myint Swe at an occasion together with Lt. Gen. Tin Aye.
